The season will start 15th August 2009 and will begin with the League Cup which will be played in sections as normal. From then on there will be a mixture of league and cup games as declared by the Match Secretary.
NOTE - Up to 3 triallists can be used in League games before 1st March 2010 and League Cup Group Games in August/September 2009
