Dumfries and District Amateur Football League

Moffat team, Upper Annandale, are going into in their 46th season in the league and a a reseult will become the longest serving clubin the history of the league. The club was formed in 1966 in the Black Bull public house in Moffat and have been ever present in the league since the start of the 66/67 season. Over the years the club has produced several excellent teams and the present one is no exception. League champions for the past four seasons the club have gone from strength to strength in recent years and now can boast a total of 5 championships since their formation. Interestingly the club had to wait for 36 years to secure their second league title in 06/07, the longest wait between championships in league history.
